The following information is provided for clarity and your protection:

Terms and Conditions: All orders are deemed to be firm orders. Once an order has been placed, Golden Era Antiques will contact you by Email to confirm payment received and delivery schedule. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery although we will aim to complete within 14 to 21 days. No orders will be processed until 7 days have passed ( this is the "cooling off" period and is the time allowed under British law with regard to Distance Selling, for cancellation of orders). We will inform you by Email once a shipment is in progress. All packaging and shipping costs are provided free of charge. In the event of any goods being accepted for return, a full refund will be given but not including the cost of return which will be borne by the sender. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Descriptions: All descriptions provided for catalogued items will be honest and to the best of our knowledge. With regard to condition, we will describe any goods as fair, good, very good or excellent. Please bear in mind that these items are not new (some may be more than 250 years old) and that the condition of antiques is always relative to age except in those rare cases where an item might be described as being of museum quality. We will always endeavour to point out any faults or discrepancies and include any information we feel is relevant.

Payments: All prices quoted are in Great British Pounds. Most major credit cards are acceptable as payment. All payments will be conducted through  PayPal as this is the most secure method we have found (PayPal uses military strength encryption to make all transactions secure). Golden Era Antiques does not retain customer's records or sensitive information and will never share personal information with a third party.

Guarantees: Golden Era Antiques guarantee all items catalogued on our website are genuine and will make no false claims or representations. All items will be well packaged and should arrive in the same condition as advertised.
